We're going to move away from email now and start taking a look at the calendar. So first things first, let's click on the Calendar view button. And when you open that up, you'll see that you have access. All your calendars will be listed in this box on the left hand side there. And you can change the view if you want to. You can check another box and the other calendar will become visible as well. And so that's the main view on the right hand side. You can change the view from a weekly view. You can set it to day, work week, month as well, okay? And you can all do all of these things up at the top as well also. Now, just another thing with the Calendar view is that you do have control over certain things as well. You'll notice that we've got, I've got some weather in here for Christchurch in Canterbury, New Zealand, where I live. You probably don't wanna see Christchurch weather, and you can control those things in the settings. So if you go to the File menu and click on Options and go down to Calendar options, there's a few things in here that you can specify. So for instance, your work hours, what time do you start? What time do you end? What days of the week do you work, okay? You've got some other options in there as well. Holidays, you might want to add holidays to the calendar as well. I've got United Kingdom holidays in here 'cause my family's from there. And you can also add things like you might wanna add the Hong Kong holidays for instance 'cause I do a lot of work over there as well. So I just click check the box and then hit OK. Oh, they're already installed. That's fine then. But that's, you get the picture, that's what you have to do. (computer chiming) Okay, further down, there's a few color options as well. We'll talk about time zones in another video, but at the very, very bottom here, you can decide whether you want to show weather in the calendar. At the moment, all the temperatures are in Fahrenheit and I tend to work in Celsius, so I'm gonna switch that over to Celsius and then hit OK. So that's just a few settings and a little introduction to the Calendar view.
