So in this video, I'm gonna walk you through how to add the Google Calendar to your Outlook profile. So the first thing you need to do is go to your Google Calendar and select the Settings menu. Go to Settings, go down to the calendar that you want to add to your Outlook profile, and then scroll right down until you get to the section that says Secret address in iCal format and you're going to copy that link. Then move back over to Outlook and select Add Calendar from the top. And you're going to add a calendar from the internet. And you're just going to paste the link you've just copied from Outlook into here and hit OK. Now, you've done that. The popup box appears and it says, "Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook "and subscribe to updates?" You can configure the calendar by clicking Advanced. So you can click on there. You can give it a name if you want to. So I can call mine the Google calendar. (keyboard typing) Okay, if you want to describe it, that's up to you. And then hit OK. Now, your new Google Calendar should appear. And if you look on the left-hand side and scroll down, you'll see it's under Other Calendars in here. And also, if I scroll down, I did add a Band practice appointment for later on tonight. So you can see that Band practice has now appeared in my Google Calendar which means it is now fully connected to my Outlook profile. So that's how you add an internet calendar to Outlook. One thing to bear in mind is that if you add an appointment to your Google Calendar in Outlook, it will not update your actual Google Calendar, okay? So just bear that in mind.
