This model forms the basis for calculating our football field On the football field tab, we will be summarizing all of our valuation data, that will go to creating the football field graph The main sources of data come from the blue tabs in the bottom In the Tumi 1 tab, this is data that's going towards the traded comps summary In the Tumi tab, this is data going towards the transaction comps summary. And that's the next tab to the left (transaction comparables) And we can see examples for Samsonite buying Tumi, Essilor buying Costa etc On the FCF or free cash flow tab, that's our discounted cash flow valuation And lastly, on the comparable valuations tab, that's our trading comparable So we'll be using these blue tabs to be sourcing information for the purple football field tab Other than that, we do have other grey tabs So Loro Piano, that also goes into the transaction comps tab The WACC supports the free cash flow or DCF tab You've then got a cash flow statement, balance sheet, income statement, counts and inputs They all go to supporting the Tumi tab Our focus though, will be on the blue and purple tabs
