It's also possible to add images to smart art, which can be an efficient way of creating organizational structures with team photos or comparison graphics with company logos. For instance. The process is similar to creating text-based smart art, however, there are a couple new steps involved.
One, go to the insert tab in the illustrations group.
Click Smart Art or Alt + N + M.
Choose the picture category and select a smart art graphic.
2. Click on the image icon.
The position and scale of this will differ between types of picture based smart art and insert pictures. Tab will appear where you can then upload your images or icons depending on what you want to convey here.
You can upload images from your device, stock images, online pictures or icons from the PowerPoint Icon Library.
3, insert your photo and update the text accordingly.
If you want to make any adjustments to the image, select the image and the picture format tab will appear where you can adjust the cropping, the size and other picture formatting techniques previously covered.
Using images with smart art can be an efficient and consistent method when needing to create infographics like this, but also in terms of editing and making mass adjustments if required.
