Biggest challenges in an M&A deal? Well, no deal is without challenges. Fast pressure, managing client expectations, managing internal expectations, managing large teams. As the banker, you have to ensure that all the other work streams are doing what they're meant to be doing. You have lawyers, accountants, auditors, PR, media, all of them, and oftentimes, all these other various advisors don't have that sort of macro view, that macro focus on the sort of entire transaction. It's the bankers that have that privilege. And so it can get very, very overwhelming, particularly if you're the kind of person who tends to sort of get micro-focused, because that's when you will miss the wood for the trees. As a banker, the main thing to do in every M&A deal is to sort of take a step back and look at all the various spinning plates and try and make sure that you understand where we're going with each one of those work streams and find any blocks, find any bottlenecks as quickly as you can, so that you can get the deal back on track.
