Let's get started.
So first, a classic question. What a attracts you to banking? Yeah, so I would say that when I first went into college, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do.
so when I came across investment banking as a career, I feel like it ticked a lot of boxes for who I was and my skillset.
So for investment banking, you need to be able to pay attention to detail.
You have to be able to work in teams.
you have to be able to take feedback and act on it.
And I think really important thing for me is having an interest in the financial markets and being able to evaluate companies.
And so I think all these things really came together and it suited me as a path that really attracted me.
And I think over time as I started learning more and more about the technical concepts in investment banking, I found that I was genuinely very interested in it.
I remember the first time that I made DCF it felt like it was magic 'cause it was something I made that was correlated to something going on in the market.
And I thought that that was very special.
So I think just a number of factors, that connected my personality and my skillset along with my interest, just makes investment banking a very, ideal career for me.
