If you weren't able to break into banking, what other pursuits do you think you'd take? Where would you end up, do you think? Yeah, if I weren't able to break into banking, I think that there are definitely a lot of adjacent industries, that are available.
I think, asset management is definitely something that really stands out to me.
in the process of learning more about finance, I was lucky enough to speak to some people at BlackRock, right? They're more on the asset management side, and they talked about their commitment to clients and being just good stewards of capital.
And I think that that's so admirable, right? And going into finance, I didn't know how integrated it was, into our lives.
I didn't know that, you know, police departments and fire departments had pension plans that were run by BlackRock.
you know, every time you, go through a toll road, sometimes those tolls are used to make municipal bonds or the water revenue, that you get from your water bill that can also be made into municipal bonds. So I think that there's so many ways to get involved with the finance that aren't necessarily investment banking.
And I'd say that asset management is definitely one thing that stands out to me.
