When you're an analyst every day is completely different. And the thing that's exciting is you never quite know what lies ahead of you you have a plan, you know things you're going to get data releases earnings are going to come out but you never know whether the data that's coming out is going to be good or bad or whether you're going to be right or wrong. It's interesting because you never know what additional news flow is going to do. So you turn up for work, you have a plan in mind and your day can turn out to be completely different depending on what information you get from the market. It might come from currency issues and Latin America or you might find out something about the chocolate consumption habits in the UK, but everything is different. You're always ready and the exciting part is knowing how to react how to gather your thoughts and how to present them to other people the bit. I probably enjoy least about it though at the early starts. It's a really early start when you work in the city and all the other bit that I don't enjoy as you might find out during your training is when you get a circular reference in your modeling you think you've done a great job, you've got all the way through put everything together. And then suddenly you can see a circular reference trying to unwind them quickly and efficiently and keep going with your job can be cumbersome and take a lot of your time up. So it's one of my least favorite parts.
