It was always a great win. If you could get a meeting particularly one-on-one meeting with a listed company and their management. You would go to extreme efforts to be really well prepared for the meeting particularly. If there's something that you wanted to learn about the company you'd prepare a series of questions where you'd be asking and probing to try and get at the same answer so that you could see whether they were right and your assumptions were working you get a little insight into the culture of the business that they're working in one of my favorite moments. I went to visit a UK listed company called ABF it was at the time where Primark sales were growing rapidly. Everybody was into force fashion, and we went into find out how sales could keep growing at the levels that they were management on always keen to give you all the information that they have. They don't always feel the need to help analysts Square the circle so they were being a little bit off piece the answers were vague then we would have liked we wanted to know about new stores how the sales could reach where the levels that we were expecting as I left. I didn't realize it but I walked into the lift with the Primark founder Arthur Ryan. We stayed in the lift together till we got to the ground floor. I didn't know it was him. He didn't know I was an analyst but the guy that was a schooling me out of the building was pretty hot under the collar because one of the major rules at ABF that analysts do not get to meet Arthur Ryan under any circumstances. So things like that can be really fun other highlights of my career would be going to visit Estee Lauder in Manhattan. I got to see the inside of Estes office. She has hand-painted or she had hand-painted wallpaper looking out over the Central Park. I've also been to paper mills in Latin America South Africa and see lots of exciting things.
