Collaborating with colleagues across filings can be error-prone and time-consuming. You can avoid these issues with BamSEC's saving and sharing tools.

Highlighting can be used to save texts for reviewing at a later date. Think of it as the ultimate visual bookmark. From the documents view, simply click and drag across any text to select it. Then click the pop-up Save button. This will create a bright yellow highlight to signify the text that's being stored. Highlights will remain visible when you next open the document. You can find and manage all of your saved snippets for a specific company using the Your Highlights menu item on a company's page. Hovering over a highlight displays the option to remove it using the small cross on the left, or click the text to jump directly to the quote within the source. From there, you can also hover over the highlight to remove it, or get a direct link to share it with colleagues.

Shareable link options are available on existing highlights or by selecting new texts. Just click the pop-up button to create one and copy that to your clipboard. Give the link to your colleagues to immediately direct 'em to the data you wish to reference, or bookmark it for your own records. If your link is in a filing, you can share that with anyone, even users without an account. Links within a transcript require the recipient to have an active BamSEC premium account. You can create shareable links for tables by using the Link button that appears above every table. Alternatively, you can select text within a table to save or link to a specific point of interest.
