Adding hyperlinks can be an efficient way to create links in your presentation without inserting full URLs.
Hyperlinks in PowerPoint can also link through to slides or sections in your PowerPoint.
This feature can be useful if you want to create an interactive contents page that directs the user straight to a slide or area in your presentation.
The steps to adding hyperlinks are1. add text or a shape with text to your slide. 2.
Go to insert and then link and click on the dropdown below.
Link. 3. click on insert link.
A new panel will appear with four options for hyperlink types.
The two we're focusing on are for existing file or webpage and place in this document, existing file or webpage is for URL to webpages and to documents on your system.
Place in this document as described before, allows you to create interactive shortcuts to slide sections in your presentation.
