Find and replace is a useful tool when you need to make mass changes to the presentation.

On the home tab to the right of the ribbon, there's a tool titled Replace.

If you click on this, you'll find two options.

Replace and replace fonts.

The replace tool enables you to find and replace specific words or phrases in your presentation by using the search and replace button.

You can also choose whether to match case, whole words or format.

This can help you make consistent changes throughout your presentation without having to edit each slide individually.

The Replace Fonts tool gives you visibility of all the fonts being used in the presentation.

This can be extremely useful when doing a final review of your presentation, just in case there are some rogue fonts in the presentation that shouldn't be there.

If there are fonts you want to replace, then you can click on the dropdown and select the font to replace and the font to replace it with search and replace is a great tool to make mass changes and for reviewing any inconsistencies in the presentation.
