What personality traits do you think you have that will serve you well in the investment banking environment? And then secondly, what areas of investment banking or the role do you think you would find challenging? Okay. So I'll start off with perhaps my personality strengths. And I'd say my background in elite sport, particularly rugby, has really instilled an appreciation for hard work, particularly around finding ways to improve in different aspects via different avenues. And I think this is particularly important as a junior is that there'll be so many learning opportunities, that it's really important that you take advantage of those. And secondly, I'd say my resilience with my rugby, I actually ruptured my ACL, so I was sidelined for, for 10 months. And that really taught me how to break down a really kind of daunting and overwhelming challenge into kind small, manageable chunks. And I think that there are going to be times when it goes wrong and that you, you kind of want to give up, but I, I feel as if I've got a real resilience that will be able to tackle those moments that you might have in, in banking. And then areas where I say I perhaps want to improve, I'd probably say the technical side of things. I've obviously had exposure through throughout my degree and also through private equity experience. I'd say I'm pretty confident with valuation methods, accounting and LBO modeling in particular. However, I'd always look to, to improve these skills with the expertise at the bank, whether that's associates or senior associates.
