So here's a review of the total adjusted debt calculation. We begin with the short-term debt that can be found on the balance sheet, of course. The long-term debt also found on the balance sheet. Operating leases are now on the balance sheet after the recent accounting changes for operating leases. The pension is overfunded; there's a net asset there, so we'll include that as zero. We do not give the company the benefit of having an overfunded pension. In addition, the non-pension liabilities are not included. They're not legal obligations the same way the pension liability is, and they are much, much lower on the liquidation scale in case of a liquidation. So that gives us a total adjusted debt for Smithy of $473 million.
