In this workouts we're asked to calculate the fees involved in the creation and then the merger of solutions SPAC and Case Incorporated, we have four different fees that we can come up with. Here. We've got the SPAC initial IPO underwriting fees, then an IPO deferred fee, then M&A fees, and then PIPE fees. So let's calculate them. The SPAC initial IPO underwriting fees was 2.5% of the share proceeds raised, and that's payable on the IPO, but the IPO deferred fee, another 3% of the share proceeds raise, that's payable when you actually buy another company. Then you have the M&A fees. Again, they're to do with the acquisition of another company. And lastly, your PIPE fees. They're going to charge you 4% times by the amount invested. So I can sum up my four different fees and they come to 13.6 million. But let's have a look at that as a percentage of the share proceeds raised. And it's quite a high 24.7%. This is typically higher than what you would see in a traditional IPO.
