You can also add smart art to your presentation by using the insert smart art graphic icon in the content box. Or alternatively, you can go via the insert menu and this is a shortcut as obviously, so alt, n, m will take you to this smart art, insert smart art graphic options. I'm gonna pick the same one I used in the last video. So that's the cycle and this continuous cycle on the left-hand side, then hit OK. So if you go in this way, of course, you then have to add the text afterwards. And I wanted to add the text like I did last time. I'd have net income into here and I might have operating cash flow and I'm just thinking things off the top of my head here. You'll notice, though, as I'm typing that the size of the text automatically adjusts in all the boxes, just so that we don't have to mess around, making sure they all look consistent. So that's really cool feature of using smart art versus, maybe, trying to type all this out to yourself. I'm just going to continue with this ending cash. So net income, interest income, operating cash flow, ending cash, net cash flow. Now, I've put these in any haphazard order and you think, "Oh gosh, now I've to reorder all those shapes. What a nightmare?" Well, actually it's not too bad. You've got this little arrow here on the left which will actually reveal the text pane. And you can also click on text pane on the left-hand side at the top here, you'll notice that the smart art design ribbon is automatically open 'cause we've been actually editing this smart art graphic in front of us. So all I have to do now, remember that shortcut from earlier on. If I want to have net interest income at the top, I can do alt shift up arrow within here, within the text pane I've got my net income then, that goes down to my operating cashflow, that's fine. Then the net cashflow will come up after that and then we get to ending cash. So that's all great. What else can I do while I'm in here? Let's have a quick look. We've got some different styles as well. So maybe you don't like the, just the general standard flat style. We can click on more styles here on the right-hand side. We can, maybe give it a three dimensional effect. And there's all these different effects here and you can just find the ones that you like. There's lots and lots of choice in there as well. You might decide, "Oh, there's not enough shapes. and even to the box." What you do? Even you do another box. You can right-click and select add shape, or alternatively, you can also add a shape using the ribbon menu again on the top left-hand side. So if I click add shape here, then it'll stick another shape into our smart art graphic that we can just add text to straight away. So it's super flexible. It makes our lives really easy and it's quite impactful as well.
