In summary, most VC investors compare the different key metrics along the following lines.
SaaS fundamental metrics are the LTV to CAC ratio and the customer lifetime value, or CLV. SaaS growth KPIs are the annual recurring revenue or ARR, the monthly recurring revenue, or MRR. The average order value, the annual contract value, and the total contract value Churn rate analysis consists of the churn rate, the attrition rate, and the retention rate.
User engagement analysis consists of the net promoter score or NPS, the daily active users, or DAU, the monthly active users, or MAU, and the DAU to MAU ratio.
And finally, sales efficiency analysis consists of revenue per employee and the lead velocity rate, or LVR.
