To set up this graph, we've got our table of data ready I've got my valuation methodologies, I've then got the low share price that I want to include And then I've got the difference between that low share price and the high share price To insert the graph, I firstly select the data I want to include The methodologies, the low and the difference. I don't want to include the high figure I now go up to my ribbon and I hit the drop down next to insert column or bar chart I go down to the 2D bar and I want the stacked bar Fantastic! Now you might notice at the moment it's got a blank chart title, I can click on that, I can now press equals And although it looks like nothings happened, an equals sign has appeared in the formula bar And I can now click on a cell within excel That now links the cell content valuation of Tumi into my graph Now you might notice, my valuation methodologies started out with EV/EBITDA. And that's now at the bottom of my graph As I go down through the methodologies I had in excel, they now go up through my graph So you may want to flip the order around, to do this you right click on the axis And you hit format axis. There are now two things you need to click on Firstly you click on categories in reverse order, so underneath axis position here, "categories in reverse order" And under horizontal axis crosses, you now click on "At maximum category" You might notice the axis has move to the top of your graph, we want it to be at the bottom, so at maximum category Great! Get rid of those options I'm going to delete the legend at the bottom, it's of no use to me And what I now want to do is get rid of these blue bars, so I'll right click on them and I'll choose format data series Basically I want to colour these in with nothing, I don't want any blue and I don't want an outline So I go up to my fill and outline And I choose "Fill, No Fill", and for border I choose "No Line" I can now get rid of those options And my graph is looking a bit better now I've got a lot of white space here, I feel I could make better use of that white space So instead, I'd like my axis to start at 10 and end at 35 So I'll right click on my X-axis I'll click on format axis And what pops up is my axis options, in the bounds at the moment is zero and 35 I want my minimum to change, I want my minimum to be 10 Press enter, that changes, got rid of my options again And I've now got my football field graph
