Microsoft PowerPoint only supports RGB imagery, which means they will look fine on the screen, but will not print with the same colour.
RGB is used for digital displays such as computer monitors and CMYK, on the other hand, used in colour printing.
This is how you print the presentation in CMYK one.
Save your PowerPoint presentation as a PDF.
Go to file, save as and choose the PDF format.
This step is necessary because many professional printing services accept PDF files for printing.
2. Open the saved PDF file in software such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop.
These programs offer options to convert the PDF to CMYK colour mode. 3.
Adjust the colour settings in the graphics editing software.
Navigate to the colour settings or colour management section.
Look for options related to colour mode conversion or output settings.
Select CMYK as the desired colour mode and specify any additional preferences or profiles based on your printing requirements.
4. save the converted CMYK file.
Once you have adjusted the colour settings, save the file as a new PDF or image file in CMYK colour mode.
Ensure that you retain the appropriate file format and resolution required for printing.
